3. Who processes data for us

We use trusted service providers: MailerLite (e-mail list and automation), Gumroad (sales and payment processing, as independent controller), [Netlify / Hostinger] (website hosting), and — only if advertising cookies are accepted — Meta Platforms and Google (ad measurement and analytics). Some providers are located outside the EEA (e.g. in the United States); in such cases data is transferred under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, receive a copy (data portability), object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it). To exercise any right, write to wellbeing@armonime.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies (required for the site to work) and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics). You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer and manage cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy as the site develops (for example, when our own shop launches). The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
